For more than five decades, families in Holliston, Milford, and the surrounding communities have trusted us to care for their children through every stage of growth and development, from first checkups to college physicals, and through every illness in between.
We know that every child is unique and every family has different needs. At HPG, we take the time to listen, answer questions, and provide evidence-based medical care in partnership with parents. As an independent pediatric practice, we’re able to focus on what matters most: our patients and their families. Our experienced team provides comprehensive care in a welcoming environment where children and parents feel comfortable and heard. We combine the warmth of a neighborhood pediatric practice with the highest quality of pediatric medicine, working closely with specialists across greater Boston. As members of the Pediatric Physicians’ Organization at Children’s (PPOC), we collaborate especially closely with Boston Children’s Hospital specialists, giving our patients priority access to specialty care when it’s needed.

Preventive Care
Regular physical exams are important for tracking growth and development and for identifying and preventing health problems. We provide comprehensive exams from newborn to adolescence. Click here for what is included in a preventive care visit.
Behavioral Health
Our social workers, Donna Jansky and Lindsey Forman, have a combined 50 years of experience working with children and families. As part of the HPG team, they consult with providers and medical staff on the most effective ways to deliver clinical care to parents and families who may be experiencing difficulties. Lactation Consultation
Breastfeeding offers many benefits to both infants and breastfeeding parents, but it also comes with challenges! We offer lactation consultation visits at our Milford office with Dr. Pandiscio, a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC).
Medical Home
We strive to be your family’s medical home; a place where your child’s care is connected, continuous, and centered on your family. Our Medical Home Care Coordinator, Teresa Breakell, supports all of our patients, with particular attention to children with special health care needs or chronic medical conditions.
Immunizations

Prenatal Consults
We encourage both expectant and pre-adoptive parents to schedule a prenatal visit. These visits provide an excellent opportunity to meet your baby’s future pediatrician, tour the office, and discuss any questions you may have.
Urgent Care Visits
When your child suddenly falls ill, we are here to provide prompt medical attention, including urgent care visits Monday through Saturday.
