Unless your child clearly needs emergency care, please call us first. Our experienced pediatric team is available 24/7 to provide trusted medical advice and guidance. We also offer same-day and urgent care appointments Monday through Saturday, ensuring your child receives timely care when it’s needed most. During our regular business hours, your call will be answered by our office staff.  After hours, our answering service will connect you with a pediatric registered nurse at Night Nurse, who will assist you.  There is always a doctor from Holliston Pediatric Group on-call with the nurse after hours, should you or the nurse need the doctor’s assistance.

Office Hours

Monday – Friday: well visits, follow-ups, consults, and urgent care appointments are available during office hours, 9 am until 5 pm (phone lines are open from 8:30am- 4:30pm). Our Milford and Holliston offices are closed for lunch between 12 pm and 1:15 pm.

Saturday and holidays: we offer urgent care appointments only at our Milford office from 9 am to 12 pm (phone lines open at 8:30 am and close as soon as no appointments are available for the day – the nurse will still be available to offer advice until 12 pm).

Holidays (that fall on Monday-Saturday) when the office is open: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, President’s Day, Patriots’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Labor Day, Columbus Day, and Veterans’ Day

Sundays: The office is closed; however, when you call our office, you can reach our Night Nurse team with any questions or concerns.
