Rachel Vespole, MD, FAAP

Dr. Rachel Vespole obtained her BA in Biology from Boston University and her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. She did her pediatric residency at the Boston Combined Residency Program (Boston Children’s Hospital/Boston Medical Center). Dr. Vespole is a board certified Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and adjunct staff at Boston Children’s Hospital. Dr. Vespole has special interests in developmental pediatrics, newborn medicine, ADHD and mental health issues. When she is not at work, Dr. Vespole enjoys spending quality time with her husband and five children, running, hiking, and biking. Dr. Vespole sees patients at the Holliston office on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays.

Jennifer Bram, MD

Dr. Bram was born in the Boston area, and then attended the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA to earn her B.A. in Biology.  After returning to MA she attended medical school at the University of Massachusetts in Worcester and fell in love with central Massachusetts.  After completing her Residency and Chief Residency in Pediatrics at UMass, she joined the faculty.  For over a decade she was involved in clinical care and leadership, but also in teaching medical students and residents, and in conducting clinical research.  All of these different endeavors ultimately led her back once again to focusing on her passion for primary care and developing longstanding relationships with children and families.  Dr. Bram is married and the mother of two daughters.  She enjoys knitting, yoga, running, and learning more about the benefits of practicing mindfulness. When her family is together, they love to bike, kayak, and spend time outside!  Dr. Bram sees patients at the Milford office on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Tara Richardson, MD, FAAP

Dr. Richardson was born and raised in Worcester, MA.  She has desired to be a pediatrician since Kindergarten. She attended College of the Holy Cross where she double majored in Psychology and a self-designed major: Children, Medicine and Society. She did postbaccalaureate program at Bryn Mawr College prior to starting at UMass Medical School. She completed her residency at the University of Massachusetts and stayed on at a UMass affiliated practice as a board-certified Pediatrician. She enjoys taking care of all age groups including sick and well infants, children, and adolescents.  She is married and raising 4 children in Grafton.  She stays busy watching her children play sports, jogging, relaxing on the beach, and spending time with friends and family.  She sees patients at the Milford office on Mondays, Wednesday, and Thursdays.

 

Jill Pandiscio, MD, FAAP, CLC

Dr. Jill Pandiscio grew up in Wayland, MA before attending Brown University where she received her undergraduate degree in neuroscience. As a college student, she became interested in education public policy and worked alongside the Annenberg Institute for School Reform in local Rhode Island public schools. After graduation, she worked in patient advocacy in the Developmental Medicine Center at Boston Children’s Hospital where she first fostered her love of caring for children with developmental disabilities and pediatric mental health. After several years at Boston Children’s Hospital, Jill moved across the city to Boston Medical Center where she received her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. Jill completed her pediatric residency at Massachusetts General Hospital for Children. Jill is also a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC). Her special interests include medical education, patient advocacy, and LGBTQ+ health. In her free time, Jill enjoys going on walks with her Bernese Mountain Dog, Bear, and sharing new baking experiments with family and friends! Dr. Pandiscio sees patients at the Milford office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Bleck

Michelle Bleck, FNP-BC

Michelle Bleck, NP obtained her BS in Biology from Boston College and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Vanderbilt College, Tennessee. She is an ANCC Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical interests include Adolescent Medicine and Asthma. Michelle is a Nurse Practitioner Preceptor for Regis and Simmons Colleges. Her personal interests include spending time with her family and dogs, yoga and being outdoors. Michelle sees patients in the Holliston office on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.


Rebecca McDonald, CPNP-PC

Rebecca McDonald, CPNP obtained a Bachelor’s in psychology from UMass Amherst and later received a BSN and Master’s degree in Nursing from Regis College. She is a PNCB Certified Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She grew up locally in Ashland where she now lives with her husband, son and daughter. Her special interests in pediatrics are developmental medicine and newborns. She enjoys being able to foster relationships with the families that are seen in primary care. In her free time, she enjoys being outside with her family, seeing friends and running. Rebecca sees patients Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays primarily in the Milford office.



Emily Collier, CPNP-PC

Emily is a PNCB certified primary care pediatric nurse practitioner. She attended Assumption College as an undergrad where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in sociology, and went on to receive a BSN and MSN at Regis College in Weston, MA. Her passion for pediatrics began when she worked as a camp nurse at Dream Day on Cape Cod, a camp for chronically ill children. She is committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care and has a clinical interest in adolescent medicine and caring for children with special needs. Emily lives in Medway with her husband and two children and enjoys reading, practicing yoga, camping, and visiting the Cape.  Emily sees patients Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays primarily in the Milford office.
